You can ask, even when we are full.
There are four of us, and we like it that way. When we are full, we say so. Taking on a new client is real work we never charge for, and the clients we already have come first. Some years the answer is no, but you can always ask us a question.
Ask a questionAlready on fire?
Ransomware. Locked out of your own email. Your IT company stopped answering. Skip the form and call.
We can’t promise to take it on, but we’ll tell you what to do first.
Two ways to start, client or not
- One free question
Already have an IT company? Ask anyway.
- Get a second opinion
Not a client, no contract. Bring us the whole mess and we’ll go through it with you: what we see, and what we’d do. That’s a real job, so we agree on the scope before we start.
One question isfree. The whole picture isscoped.
How to tell if your IT company is any good
Worth asking whether or not you ever call us.
Have you seen a backup come back?
Not “it’s backed up.” A real file, restored, in front of you.
Do you own the keys?
Your domain, your email admin, your firewall. In your company’s name, with the passwords in your hands, not just theirs.
Who answers when you call?
Someone who knows your name and your setup, or a queue.
Has anything gotten better this year?
Besides the bill.
Do they get paid for what they recommend?
Ask. Commissions explain a lot of advice.
Two or more of those made you wince? That’s a good free question.

Ask us anything. One IT question, answered straight, no charge and no pitch.
